Argiope radon
(Argiope radon). The tiny silver/white dots in the web are Dew-drop Spiders (Argyrodes antipodianus), it is a kleptoparasite (it steals food from other spiders) and also hides itself in the larger spider's web, camouflaged as a dewdrop.
